MILLION DOLLAR YOUTH

Young Entrepreneurs. Big Ideas. Real Confidence. Million Dollar Youth helps students build confidence, communication, creativity, leadership, business thinking, presentation skills, and on-camera presence through fun, challenging, performance-based training.

Students learn how to speak clearly, present ideas, create product demonstrations, perform commercials, think like young entrepreneurs, work with media-style challenges, and build the confidence to express themselves in front of others.

This program is offered in two interchangeable seasons.

Season 1 — Performance Skills focuses on product demos, TV commercials, storytelling, pitching, hosting, creative presentation, and confidence in front of others.

Season 2 — Media & Challenge focuses on media training, digital business ideas, websites and products, interviews, on-camera authority, leadership-style communication, and more advanced presentation challenges.

Parents may request the class time that works best for them and indicate whether they prefer Season 1 or Season 2.

Each scheduled Million Dollar Youth class will run as the season chosen by the majority of registered students in that time slot.

Once enrollment is reviewed, parents will be notified which season is running in their selected class time. If the class runs as the season they requested, registration can be confirmed.

If a student requests one season but that class time runs as the other season, the parent may transfer the student to another available Million Dollar Youth class time, subject to space availability.

If no suitable Million Dollar Youth class time is available, or if the parent does not wish to transfer, a full refund will be given with no questions asked.

Both seasons are designed to build confidence, creativity, communication, leadership, and future-ready thinking. Students may begin with the season that best fits their goals, readiness, and schedule.

Parent Viewing Area

Parents are always welcome to stay and view classes during their child’s session. Thornhill Acting Studio has a parent viewing area where parents may sit back, relax, enjoy a coffee, and quietly watch the class while it is taking place.

We ask that parents remain quiet during class time so students can stay focused, participate fully, and enjoy the training experience. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive, respectful, and focused studio environment for all students.

Description

Million Dollar Youth is built around active challenges, creative problem-solving, and real presentation practice.

Students do not simply sit and listen. They are asked to create ideas, shape them, speak about them, test them, improve them, and present them in front of others.

Across the program, students may work on product demonstrations, commercial-style presentations, media-style interviews, business ideas, branding concepts, storytelling, pitching, hosting, and on-camera communication.

The class helps students understand that strong communication is not just about speaking louder. It is about knowing what they want to say, organizing their ideas, using their personality, and presenting with confidence, energy, and purpose.

Students are encouraged to recognize their own strengths, imagination, talents, and point of view — then use those qualities to build stronger presentations and more original ideas.

Million Dollar Youth also teaches responsibility, preparation, focus, teamwork, creative risk-taking, and the ability to perform under pressure.

The goal is to help students become more confident, more expressive, more prepared, and more capable of presenting themselves and their ideas in a changing 21st-century world.

Class size is limited to up to 8 students.

Who This Class Is For

Million Dollar Youth is designed for students who want to build confidence, creativity, communication skills, leadership habits, and stronger presentation ability.

This program is especially helpful for students who enjoy acting, public speaking, business ideas, media, performance, creativity, leadership, or challenge-based learning.

It is also helpful for students who need to become more confident speaking up, presenting ideas, expressing themselves, thinking creatively, or performing in front of others.

Students do not need business experience to join.

They do need to be willing to participate, try new challenges, speak in front of the group, and use their imagination.

Students may be placed by age, experience, readiness, and instructor approval.

Season Placement

Million Dollar Youth Season 1 — Performance Skills

Season 1 is a strong starting point for students who are new to Million Dollar Youth or who need to build confidence before moving into more advanced media and challenge-based work.

Season 1 helps students build presence, voice, creativity, confidence, and the ability to present ideas in a clear and entertaining way.

Million Dollar Youth Season 2 — Media & Challenge

Season 2 is designed for students who are ready for stronger challenges, more responsibility, sharper thinking, and more advanced communication work.

Season 2 helps students build media confidence, interview skills, business communication, leadership-style speaking, and the ability to present ideas with clarity and authority.

How Placement Works

Parents may request the season they prefer when registering. The final season offered in each scheduled class time will be based on enrollment, student readiness, and instructor approval.

If the selected class time runs as the other season, parents may transfer to another available Million Dollar Youth class time, subject to space availability. If no suitable class time is available, or if the parent does not wish to transfer, a full refund will be given with no questions asked.

Studio Experience

Classes take place in a working performance studio where students can practise speaking, performing, presenting, recording, watching playback, using microphones, working with cameras, and building confidence through real performance experience.

Students may work with product demos, commercials, scripts, presentation games, camera exercises, media-style challenges, and creative business ideas.

The goal is to give students an active, hands-on training experience where they learn by doing, performing, adjusting, and trying again.

Confidence Through Challenge

Million Dollar Youth is built around the idea that confidence grows when students are challenged in the right way.

Students are encouraged to step forward, speak clearly, create ideas, present with energy, support others, and take responsibility for their work.

The goal is to help students become more confident, expressive, creative, prepared, and comfortable being seen and heard.

This training supports school presentations, interviews, leadership opportunities, public speaking, acting, media-style communication, business thinking, and everyday confidence.

Million Dollar Youth is part of the broader communication and performance pathway at Thornhill Acting Studio.

Students who continue developing their skills may later move into Public Speaking & Presentation, Debate Club, Acting for Camera, media-style speaking, interview training, leadership presentations, and performance-based communication work.
